Simple, Effortless, and Effective Everyday Meditation

Veda Meditation is amazingly uncomplicated and highly effective, making it the perfect daily practice for busy minds and busy people.

At its foundation, Vedic meditation helps cultivate body and mind coherence by calming and regulating the nervous system, balancing the amygdala (part of the brain associated with fear and anxiety), and switching on the healing process.

Reducing accumulated stress hormones and fatigue in the body opens a doorway to new possibilities of healing, clarity and energy - creating a more meaningful and enjoyable life.

What is Vedic Meditation?

Mantra /ˈmantrə/; To liberate and protect the mind;

Vedic meditation is an easy technique that anyone can learn. It’s practiced for 20 minutes twice a day, sitting comfortably with the eyes closed. There is no focus, no concentration and no control of the mind. Instead, you are given a personal mantra and taught how to use it silently and effortlessly to cause the mind and body to relax. In turn, this allows built-up stress and fatigue to be released. Through daily practice, you become less stressed, more calm, and begin to tap into your natural state of creativity, clarity and happiness.

This transcendental discipline originated in ancient India to free the mind from suffering and to expand consciousness. Although it was created over 5000 years ago, it is still practiced by millions of people worldwide today.
