Find yourself a really comfy and safe place to settle.

Breathe

  • Notice all the sensations

  • Begin slow, even breathing down to your belly

  • As you breathe out, gently and slowly release any tension from the body and stubborn thoughts form the mind

  • Release any effort and Surrender

Heart Activation

  • Rub palms of your hands together, place them on your heart, bringing all your energy, attention and awareness to your beautiful heart, breathe into heart space - expanding.

  • Om, heart and listen.. Pause.. Tune into gratitude

Lovingkindness:

SELF: bring to mind a time when you felt loved, accepted and appreciated for who you are - by yourself or someone else. If nothing in particular comes to mind, imagine how it would feel, experience all those feelings.

Fill yourself up with this loving energy surround yourself with a radiant glowing light

MAY I BE HAPPY MAY I BE SAFE MAY I BE HEALTHY MAY I BE AT PEACE

FAMILY + FRIENDS: Bring to mind your closest family and friends, bring awareness to the love and gratitude you feel for them, imagine they are glowing with the loving energy and compassion you bring to them. MAY YOU BE HAPPY MAY YOU BE SAFE MAY YOU BE HEALTHY MAY YOU BE AT PEACE

NEIGHBOURS + WORLD: Expand this circle by sending this loving kindness and compassion out from heart, from your home out to your neighbours, your suburb or town - keep expanding this light of loving kindness out over your entire country this includes extending loving kindness to strangers and even to people you disagree with or have challenges with. Keep expanding out to all countries all over the world including the animals and oceans until the entire Earth is glowing in loving kindness. MAY WE BE HAPPY MAY WE BE SAFE MAY WE BE HEALTHY MAY WE BE AT PEACE
